Cancellation Policy
Appointments may be booked with a deposit of 50% of the service to reserve your appointment time. This deposit will be applied toward your total at the completion of your service.
To respect everyone’s time, all cancellations or appointment changes must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment via online booking or by texting (858) 370-4475. Appointment changes include rescheduling, service modifications, or reducing appointment length.
Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the deposit being forfeited.
If your appointment was booked without a deposit and was not cancelled prior to the 24 hour cancellation window, a 50% service charge fee will be applied to the card on file for the appointment missed.
No call/ no shows will be charged the 50% service fee and be required to prepay in full in order to reserve future appointments.
